We moved from IONOS to Hostbrid because our experience with a hosting provider matters beyond the website itself. We want a service we feel comfortable using and a relationship that gives us confidence.

Sandula brings local restaurants, riders and customers together in The Gambia. That is where we want to put our energy. We value a hosting relationship that supports our work without becoming another source of concern.
Our experience with the previous hosting provider
With our previous provider, we experienced difficulties cancelling a service and received payment demands afterwards. For us, that was an uncomfortable experience. We wanted to move forward with a provider we could feel more positive about.
Hostbrid as our alternative to IONOS
Since moving to Hostbrid, we have not encountered that same situation. That difference matters to us. Our assessment comes from our own experience as customers and the confidence we feel about the change.
A better hosting experience is also about how the relationship feels day to day. For Sandula, the move has been a positive step, and that is the experience we want to share.
